Open Letter to the Chairperson, NCW following Caste Based Sex Violence at Uttar Pradesh

A recent wave of protests has taken over the country owing to the apathy that caste based rape has received in the state of UP. As a part of protesting against this, a mail has been drafted by a few of us to send to the Chairperson of the National Commission for Women, pointing at the silence of this body, and the horrific failures which have taken place in the investigation of this violence.
